Did you receive the wrong product?
We find this annoying, but unfortunately it can happen. If the product was not delivered correctly, you can report this to us within 14 days and we will provide you with a return label.
Did you order the wrong product?
It is possible that you have ordered the wrong product. If the product is unopened, please notify us within 14 days that you did not order the correct product and you may return the product.
What is the delivery time of my order?
If a product is ordered on business days, it will be shipped the same day if in stock. If a product is not in stock, delivery time is 1 - 2 weeks.
