How long does delivery take?

  • Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium takes 1 to 3 working days.

Which delivery service do you use?

We ship all our packages with DHL.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a Track & Trace code once your order has been shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Pickup
Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You can pick up your order at our Deventer warehouse.

Where and when can I pick up my order?

Pickup is possible on business days between 09:00 and 16:00.

Do I need an appointment to pick up my order?

No, once you receive confirmation that your order is ready, you can pick it up during the stated hours.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my order?


Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

What is your return policy?

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us in advance for further instructions.

How can I return a product?

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will assist you further!

Can I exchange a product?

When will I receive my refund after a return?

We process returns within 5 working days after receipt. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.
