Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Items that are in stock and ordered before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible. Below you will find all the information about our shipping processes.
All purchases are delivered by DHL. DHL delivers from Monday to Saturday.
Netherlands & Belgium:
- Standard shipping: € 7,50 – delivery time 1 to 3 business days
- Free shipping: On orders over € 100,-
Pickup Option
You can also pick up your order at our warehouse in Deventer. Pickup is available on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
International Shipping
We also ship to other countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. You can view the exact rates during checkout.
